Through my nutrition education and clinical experience, I have developed an effective method for realizing results, especially when the solutions to your health problems have been elusive. There is no 'one size fits all' solution. That's why so many diets fail. Your body, genes, and life situation are unique. That means your nutritional needs, and what's required for your optimal wellbeing, is an ever-evolving target. I’ll work with you to perform a personalized health, nutrition, and dietary analysis and create a plan that’s tailored specifically to you. Along the way, we’ll make adjustments to your plan, as you learn to tune in to signals that your body is giving you.
There’s no quick fix to achieving real, lasting health. I work with clients in five-to- six-month engagements because creating lasting change takes time. Working with me means we’ll check in at regular intervals assessing your personalized plan, making sure it fits with whatever is going on with you.
You’re not likely to stick with something if it’s a major inconvenience in your hectic schedule. That’s why I work with clients from all over the world via Skype and we can meet at the times that work best for you. If you only have your lunch hour available, it’s easy to hop in a conference room and chat. Also, everything I do is web-based.
